DMCA and Copyright Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Hattie & Rose respects the intellectual property of others, and we expect the same in return. This page explains how to tell us about content on our website that infringes your copyright, what we do about it, and what you may and may not do with ours.
Our Own Content
Everything on https://hattieandrosebags.com belongs to Joop Yellow Strategies LLC or to the people we licensed it from. That includes our product photography, our written descriptions, our page copy, our logo and our brand name.
You are welcome to link to us, share a page, or quote a short passage with credit. You may not copy our photographs or our product descriptions, use our brand name or logo on your own store or listing, or present our products as your own.
If you would like to use something of ours, email support@hattieandrosebags.com and ask. We answer within 24 hours, and the answer is often yes.
Reporting Content That Infringes Your Copyright
If you believe something on our website infringes a copyright you own, send us a written notice with all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorised to act for them
- A description of the work you say has been infringed
- A description of the material you say is infringing, with the exact URL on our website where it can be found
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for them
A notice that is missing any of those six is not something we can act on, so please include all of them the first time.
Where To Send It
Email: support@hattieandrosebags.com
Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice
Postal notices can be sent to the business address on our Terms of Service.
What Happens Next
- We acknowledge your notice within 2 business days.
- We review the claim on its merits, not on who sent it.
- If the notice is complete and the claim holds up, we remove or disable access to the material, and we tell you when it is done.
- If we do not agree that the material is infringing, we tell you why, in writing, rather than going quiet on you.
Counter Notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send us a counter notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed, and where it appeared before removal
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
If we receive a valid counter notification, we will forward it to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us they have filed a court action, we may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days.
Repeat Infringers
Where our website allows customers to post content, such as a product review, we may remove that content and withdraw posting access from anyone who repeatedly infringes the copyright of others.
Trademarks And Other Claims
This page covers copyright. For a trademark claim, a right of publicity claim, or anything else about intellectual property, email support@hattieandrosebags.com with the details and we will handle it the same way: an acknowledgement within 2 business days, and a real answer rather than silence.
If Someone Has Copied Us
If you have seen our photographs, our descriptions or our brand name used on another website, a marketplace listing or an advert, we would genuinely like to know. Email support@hattieandrosebags.com with a link and a screenshot.
